Off season rental follows the school system calendar from late August until late June and is flexible. Monthly rent is reasonable for this large and well-equipped home that is a jewel of the Burton hill. Cable TV and wifi, gas and electric, phone and water are additional. Utilities remain in owners’ name and tenants reimburse - there’s nothing to set up. Owners pay part of the water and phone bill as well as all gardening costs.
