WEDDING + RECEPTION 

Including Farmhouse Lodging

Plan your wedding or other special event - this package includes eight hours for your celebration and three nights of accommodations at the farm for you, friends and family—up to 8 guests. During the event, the house is also available for your attendants and immediate family. A downstairs bathroom is provided for your guests during the event. Please see our vacation rental page for all that the farmhouse has to offer, and view interior photos here. In case of rain, the living room and dining room can be utilized for ceremony and reception-a small additional cleaning fee applies.

You may make use of all umbrellas, tents, chairs, tables, china and flatware.  Additional rentals may be needed, depending on the size of your event. There is a limit of 50 guests for all events at Lavender Hill Farm.

Acoustic music only; light amplification okay for the ceremony. As a courtesy to our neighbors, we require receptions and parties be over by 9 p.m.

Cost: $9500 + $300 cleaning fee and $500 damage deposit.*

* Additional nights are available at $575 per night. Sales tax of 8.7% will be added to all quotes.

Eight hours to have the wedding or party of your dreams, plus one hour of rehearsal time during the preceding week.  The wedding couple and attendants will have two bedrooms and two bathrooms for getting ready.  There’s a full-length mirror, makeup table, iron and ironing board, clothing steamer and lots of outlets for blowdryers and curling irons.  The bridal party can keep an eye on guests from the master bedroom overlooking the garden, the lavender, and the harbor.  We hope Mt. Rainier will make an appearance on your special day!

Caterers will have use of a large carport, with power and lights. Smaller events may use the kitchen with owner’s permission. Acoustic music or light amplification permitted. As a courtesy to our neighbors, we require receptions and parties be over by 9 p.m. with cleanup over by 10 pm.

Cost:  $5750 + $250 cleaning fee and $500 damage deposit

A $500 nonrefundable deposit and signed contract books your event.. Further fine print.
